Saskatoon police have arrested a fourth person in connection with the 2017 death of Tyler Applegate.
On Wednesday morning police arrested a man, they have not identified and charged him with second-degree murder.
On July 22, 2017, Applegate confronted a man urinating on his fence on the 2300 block of 33rd Street West.
Soon after a black pick-up truck came back to the home and shots were fired.
Applegate, 27, was taken to Royal University Hospital where he died of his injuries on August 10.
One woman and two other men already face charges in Applegate’s death.
