Saskatchewan Roughriders’ fans won’t be seeing Andre Monroe’s belly rub unless Toronto is in town.
The rookie defensive lineman has been traded to the Argonauts for offensive lineman Jarriel King.
Monroe made an instant impression with the Riders, as his insertion into the lineup added a spark to the defensive line.
King will come in and compete along an offensive line that needs some tweaks after the Riders were among the league’s worst in keeping their quarterback upright.
King has started 26 games at either tackle or guard in his three years in Toronto.
