Regina police are laying charges against what you might call a serial spray painter.
Thirty-three charges for mischief under $5,000 against 25-year-old Mathew Ellson after what officers call a lengthy investigation. Police believe he’s responsible for recurring graffiti tags throughout the city, mostly in the downtown Cathedral area.
Ellson also faces two charges of breach of undertaking.
He’ll be in court Friday afternoon.
