A Saskatchewan RCMP constable has been charged with sexual assault.
In a release, RCMP say they received a complaint of sexual assault at a social gathering in a private residence in Dillon, Sk that had occurred on May 20,2015.
As a result of the investigation, Constable Randy McKay was charged with one count of sexual assault. He was released on a number of conditions.
McKay is scheduled to appear in Saskatchewan Provincial Court on Decemeber 9, 2015 in Buffalo Narrows at 10:00am.
At the time of the incident, Constable McKay was posted at the Buffalo Narrows Detachment. He was suspended with pay on June 8,2015
