Regina goose statue takes pause from downtown perch for preening

The geese have flown.

That iconic white goose statue in front of the office building at 12th Avenue and Hamilton Street in Regina’s downtown is gone.

But the geese did not head south for the winter. News Talk Radio has been assured they will be returning next week in a ceremony to mark their return – no doubt refreshed from some time away from their downtown perch.
