Five years after COVID, Sarah Mills still pondering life's mysteries
Sarah Mills looks back at the COVID pandemic and some of the questions she asked herself to stave off boredom. Mills say...
It’s not the colour she wanted, but Saskatoon’s Emily Clark is holding her head high bringing home a silver medal at the Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
Her Olympic debut ended in heartbreak when the Canadian women’s hockey team lost the gold medal game to the U.S. in a shootout.
At 22, Clark was the youngest player on Team Canada which she said fulfilled a childhood dream.
Clark not only got to live out her dream, she also contributed to Team Canada’s return to the podium. She scored her first Olympic point on a goal in Canada’s 5-0 semifinal win over the Olympic Athletes from Russia.
Clark will be showing off her silver medal for fans at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday when she arrives at the Saskatoon airport.
