A 34-year-old man faces a slew of charges after Saskatoon Police found him asleep on the side of the road with guns, knives and drugs.
Around 9:30 p.m. police responded to a call about a man sleeping on the grass in the residential area of the 300 block of Avenue J North.
When police arrived, the man fled on foot, but was arrested without incident shortly after.
Police laid 21 charges charges after they found a loaded, sawed off .22 firearm, a replica firearm, multiple knives, drugs, and drug paraphernalia on the man.
The man will appear before a Justice of the Peace Sunday morning.
