Police respond to suspicious package at Canada Post depot

Saskatoon police were called out early Wednesday morning to a report of a suspicious package.

Officers went to the Canada Post depot at 817 51st Street East around 7:45 a.m.

Further investigation by a canine trained to detect explosives, along with a member of the explosives disposal unit, found the package did not contain a threat to public safety.
