For the fourth straight season, the Saskatoon Hilltops finish on top in Canadian junior football.
The Hilltops beat the Windsor AKO Fratmen 56-11 to win a fourth straight Canadian Bowl. Saskatoon is the first team to ever win four national championships in a row.
“It’s an honour,” said Hilltops quarterback Jordan Walls, who was named the offensive player of the game with three touchdown passes and ran in another.
“We had to come out and execute and our guys battled and it’s just an unbelievable feeling right now.”

Ryan Turple caught both of Walls’ touchdown passes, Logan Fischer and Josh Ewanchyna (2) ran in the others.
Fischer’s touchdown run was a statement for the Hilltops early in the contest. The defense recovered a Windsor fumble on the 1-yard line about a minute into the game.
“I think the whole situation was as big for them as it was for us,” said head coach Tom Sargeant, whose Hilltops never relinquished that early lead.
“We just hunted and played the way we expected, awesome today.”
The title is the 20th national championship in team history.
