RCMP have released information about a fatal rollover that happened ahead of a weekend that saw eight highway deaths in Saskatchewan.
On Tuesday, Saskatoon RCMP said officers responded to a single-vehicle rollover on a grid road north of Hanley around 8 a.m. on Sept. 22.
The driver, an 18-year-old man from Hanley, was the only one in the car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Saskatoon RCMP continues to investigate with the assistance of the Office of the Chief Coroner.
Hanley is located around 65 kilometres south of Saskatoon.
