A second man in only four days has been killed while walking on Highway 2 north of Prince Albert.
Monday night, shortly after 8 p.m., Prince Albert RCMP were told a vehicle hit a pedestrian on the highway near Christopher Lake. The pedestrian was struck by a north bound travelling vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle involved was not injured, but a 55-year-old man from Black Lake was pronounced dead at the scene. RCMP said they will not release the name of the man.
On Friday, a 58-year-old man from Montreal Lake died after he was involved in a hit-and-run on Highway 2, four-kilometres north of the city.
RCMP continue to investigate both incidents.
