On Saturday, a second show is planned for 9:45 p.m.
Motorists are asked to avoid 19th Street between 2nd and 4th Avenues if possible.
Officers will be present to help with traffic flow, although restrictions will be in place.
Motorists are also reminded to avoid stopping on bridges or roadways.
