Police said in a release officers attempted a traffic stop after seeing the rental van driving in a suspicious manner along Confederation Drive around 9 p.m.
The driver refused to pull over, forcing police to use a tire deflation device on the vehicle.
Three suspects abandoned the van on Dalmeny road, but were tracked by air support and canine units into a nearby field and arrested.
A search of the U-Haul uncovered bags of I.D.s and credit cards belonging to other people.
Two women from Prince Albert, aged 21 and 26, and a 31-year-old man with no fixed address are facing a combined 69 charges, including possession of identity documents and possession of stolen property.
All three were due to appear in provincial court Monday afternoon.
