A 34-year-old man from Gallivan, Sask. is dead after a crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian in North Battleford Sunday evening.
According to the Saskatchewan RCMP, officers were called to the scene of the collision on Highway 4 — within the city limits — shortly after 10 p.m.

The 34-year-old pedestrian was declared dead by paramedics at the scene, police said, and his family has been notified.
“The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and reported no physical injuries to police,” the RCMP said in a statement.
“Battlefords RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.”
