Police are investigating following a stabbing in downtown Saskatoon on Friday afternoon.
Police were called to 22nd Street East and Third Avenue South after a woman was reported injured. The police force said an investigation determined she had been stabbed a few blocks away, near 23rd Street East and Third Avenue North.

Police said the 28-year-old victim then got on a bus, while the suspect left the area. The victim was later transported to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Saskatoon police asked anyone with information to contact the police force or submit an anonymous tip through Saskatoon Crime Stoppers.
