A Saskatoon motorcyclist and a senior from Outlook are dead after a crash on Highway 219 that happened last week.
Saskatchewan RCMP said in a news release on July 20 that the crash happened on July 16 around 3 p.m., Outlook RCMP received a report of a two-vehicle collision on Chief Whitecap Trail, also known as Highway 219, in the RM of Rudy.

Police said a car and motorcycle collided and both were declared dead at the scene. The motorcycle rider was a 57-year-old man from Saskatoon, and the senior was a 99-year-old man from Outlook who was a passenger in the car, RCMP said. Their families have been notified.
The driver of the car was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said, and they are continuing to investigate.
Highway 219 runs from Gardiner Dam at the north end of Lake Diefenbaker to Saskatoon.
