A single-vehicle rollover on the Highway 16 Bypass claimed the life of a 67-year-old man from North Battleford on Sunday morning.
According to the Saskatchewan RCMP, officers received a report about the crash on the bypass in North Battleford at around 5:15 a.m.

Police said the man was the only occupant of the vehicle, and he was declared dead at the crash site by paramedics. His family has been informed of his death, the RCMP noted.
“The Highway #16 Bypass was closed for a period of time but has since been reopened,” the RCMP noted in a statement.
“Battlefords RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.”
