Police in Saskatoon say officers believe the same group of male suspects was responsible for two separate stabbings on Saturday night.
According to police, the first incident saw officers called to the 200 block of 23rd Street East at around 9:40 p.m.

“Upon police arrival, the adult male victim was being treated by paramedics for what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries,” the Saskatoon Police Service said in a statement.
“Officers learned a group of males had confronted the victim before he was stabbed and bear sprayed.”
About 15 minutes later, police were called to the 100 block of Second Avenue North after getting a report that a person had been attacked.
“Officers arrived on scene and located a 32-year-old man with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries consistent with a stabbing. He was transported to hospital for further medical care,” police said.
“Officers learned a group of males had confronted the victim before an assault occurred.”
The police force asked anyone with information on either incident to contact police or make a report anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
