12-year-old cyclist hit by a vehicle in Saskatoon’s Evergreen neighbourhood

Saskatoon police said on Sunday that the 12-year-old cyclist hit by a vehicle in the Evergreen neighbourhood on Saturday afternoon is in hospital in stable condition.

Saskatoon Police Service officers were called to the crash in the 500 block of Manek Rd around 5:15 p.m. on June 20 and said at the time the 12-year-old had been taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Traffic restrictions on Manek Rd have now been lifted, police said, and the investigation is ongoing.
