A 77-year-old man who was last seen leaving City Hospital in Saskatoon on Dec. 16, 2025 has been found dead.
According to the Saskatoon Police Service, Michael Graham’s death is not considered suspicious, and his family has been notified.

In December, police asked the residents of the City Park neighbourhood to check yards, garages, sheds and outbuildings for any sign of Graham after he left the hospital wearing pyjamas and a winter jacket. Police noted he had trouble walking, and was “in a vulnerable state.”
Police thanked the public for helping during the search for Graham.
