A man being charged in relation to the death of 36-year-old Tyson Mosquito in North Battleford on April 28 has been arrested.
Tyson Cummer, 21, from North Battleford was charged with one count of second-degree murder after Mosquito was found injured in an alley behind a home on 105 Street on April 28.

He was taken to hospital by paramedics, but later died.
Police were looking for Cummer last week, but said in a news release on Sunday that he had been arrested at a home in Cut Knife on Saturday.
He is now scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on May 4.
