Two people are dead after separate incidents in Saskatoon, one that occurred on Good Friday, and the other early Saturday morning.
According to a news release, Saskatoon fire crews were called out to the 400 Block of Avenue I South in the Riversdale neighbourhood on Friday afternoon.

When firefighters entered the home, they found one person dead. The home was cordoned off with yellow police tape, as police and fire investigators remained at the scene into Friday evening.
No details on the cause of the fire, or the person who died, are available.

Then just after 3 a.m. on Saturday, fire crews were once again dispatched to the west bound off ramp to Highway 16, from Idylwyld Drive North.
When they arrived, they found a vehicle on its roof after a rollover.
Four people were located, including three who had been ejected from the vehicle. One person was trapped inside. Crews used extrication tools to get that person out of the vehicle.
In an update on Saturday afternoon, Saskatoon Police Service said a 24-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, and two men, aged 21 and 24, as well as a 22-year-old woman were taken to hospital with serious injuries. It’s not clear whether the man who died was found inside or outside of the vehicle.
The Collision Analyst Unit continues to investigate the collision.
Police said in the afternoon update that traffic restrictions for Idylwyld Drive had been lifted.
