A five-month criminal investigation involving three police services has led to criminal organization charges and more than half a million dollars’ worth of drugs seized.
Police seized cocaine (5,276 grams), fentanyl (1,089 grams) and methamphetamine (183 grams) and $25,705 in cash after four search warrants were executed – two in Regina, one in Davidson and one in Brandon on Feb. 7.

The Regina Police Service Drug Unit and Regina Crime Reduction Team led the months-long drug-trafficking investigation, with the help of the Brandon Police Service Organized Crime Unit and the Saskatoon Police Service.
Police said the street value of the seized drugs is believed to be more than $650,000.
A 43-year-old Edmonton man, a 56-year-old woman from Stockholm, 50-year-old Regina man and 54-year-old Moosomin woman were each charged with commission of an offence for a criminal organization and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence – one count each for trafficking fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and proceeds of crime).
The Edmonton man and Stockholm woman were charged with instructing commission of an offence for a criminal organization.
Both the Edmonton and Regina man, along with a Stockholm woman faced additional charges of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl and possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000.
The Edmonton man and the woman from Stockholm also faced charges for possession of methamphetamine.
The woman from Stockholm and the Regina man also were handed each a charge of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine).
All four appeared in Regina Provincial Court on Monday.
