An 18-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter and aggravated assault after a 25-year-old man with stab wounds died at St. Paul’s Hospital on Feb 3.
Saskatoon Police Service’s Major Crimes Section was investigating the case as a homicide after officers were told two men were seeking treatment for stab wounds and went to the hospital around 5:30 a.m.
Police said on Feb. 3 that the second man was in stable condition.
In 2025, Saskatoon recorded eight homicides.
