An Estevan RCMP officer has been arrested and charged following an incident in 2025.
Constable Kristopher McMahon, 32, was arrested by Estevan police officers on November 10, 2025 and was subsequently charged with one count of breaking and entering to a residence and one count of theft under $5,000.

The Saskatchewan RCMP confirmed the charge, stating that McMahon has seven years of service with the federal police force and is currently suspended with pay.
