Saskatoon Police Service is looking for suspects who fled from two separate thefts from businesses that happened Wednesday.
Around 5:45 p.m., a masked man, with a firearm, entered a business on the 1500 block of Idylwyld Drive North.
Police said he demanded money, then jumped over the front counter and took a till tray containing an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the area.

A police dog searched the area, but did not “produce any results,” said the statement.
Police are continuing to investigate.
Man and woman dispersed bear spray in alleged business robbery
Police are looking for a man and woman who allegedly stole merchandise and discharged bear spray before fleeing from the business in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue North Wednesday evening.
Police said they were called to the business shortly before 7 p.m.
The suspects had fled the scene before the officers arrived, police said in a statement.
Officers are still looking for the suspects and are continuing their investigation.
Man arrested following stabbing investigation
Saskatoon police have arrested a 21-year-old man following a stabbing investigation.
Shortly after 12 p.m. on Tuesday, police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 100 block of Primrose Drive.
“Upon arrival, officers located the male and found him to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for breach of his probation,” police said.
Further investigation determined the man was also the suspect in a stabbing on September 27.
Police were called to a business in the 2200 block of 22nd Street West for a report of an injured person on Sept. 27.
“Upon arrival, officers learned the man had been stabbed somewhere in the area before entering the business to seek assistance from staff,” police said in an earlier statement.
The victim was taken to hospital with what police called life-threatening injuries.
Police did not provide an update on the stabbing victim.
