Sarah Mills: A united Canada? Not when it comes to pipelines

Alberta and Saskatchewan are behind a proposal for a new pipeline, but with Quebec and B.C. already applying the brakes, Sarah Mills says national unity and the “elbows up” attitude are falling apart.
