A 31-year-old man and a teen are facing several charges following an incident in Regina on Saturday afternoon.
Police say they responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 4400 block of Fourth Avenue. The caller told police they had located the vehicle in a parking lot with two people inside, but it left the area before officers arrived.

According to police, officers later located the stolen vehicle nearby and saw two suspects exit it and run when officers approached. A police service dog apprehended one of the suspects, who was taken to hospital with dog-bite injuries.
The second suspect was arrested without incident. Officers located two bags nearby that they believe the suspects had been carrying. Police say the bags contained two loaded firearms.
A 31-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy are facing multiple weapons charges and made their first court appearances Monday.
Man charged with robbery after Regina knife disturbance
Officers responded to a report of a man with a knife at a business in the 2100 block of Prince of Wales Drive on Saturday evening.
According to police, the caller said the suspect showed a knife to store employees who had confronted him about an alleged theft from the business. The suspect left the store and got into a vehicle before police arrived.
A short time later, police received a report that a man matching the suspect’s description was at a business a block away. Officers attempted to approach the suspect. He ran, but was arrested without incident.
Police said the suspect was found to be carrying a concealed knife. The 22-year-old man is facing charges of robbery, resisting arrest, possession of a weapon, carrying a concealed weapon and failure to comply with a probation order.
He made his first appearance in Regina provincial court Monday.
