The City of Saskatoon is holding two information sessions for residents who want to help shape the city’s future.
On Sept. 1 and Sept. 9, those looking to volunteer their time and serve on a city board, commission, or committee during the 2027 term are invited to City Hall.
The information sessions will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Committee Room E on both evenings.

Attendees can ask questions and hear from former and current members.
Each session will cover topics such as who is eligible to apply, the application process, time commitments and meeting expectations, and available positions.
“Serving on a City board, commission or committee is an opportunity to help inform decisions on programs and services that affect Saskatoon residents. You can share your knowledge, build connections, and gain valuable experience while making a meaningful contribution to your community,” the City of Saskatoon wrote.
Applications will be accepted from Sept. 1 to Sept. 18, 2026.
