Water pressure has been fully restored for residents on the east side of Saskatoon.
The city said in a news release on Friday that commissioning of the Acadia Drive reservoir and primary water main had been completed and voluntary water restrictions had been lifted.
The city said that by limiting unnecessary water use, residents helped crews complete the work sooner than expected.
Acadia Drive between Taylor Street E and Avondale Road remains closed until mid-June to allow for remaining work and repaving.
