Firefighters in Regina said nobody was injured after a garage fire spread to a house in the city’s North Central neighbourhood early on Monday morning.
According to the fire department, the blaze in the 1300 block of Garnet Street was reported just after 1:30 a.m. While the flames spread to the exterior of the home, the fire department said there was no damage to the interior.

The fire was brought under control by firefighters, and a search confirmed that nobody was hurt or trapped inside.
An investigation will be conducted in an effort to determine the cause, the fire department noted.
