Saskatoon Transit routes will be seeing additional, temporary route changes due to the construction ongoing along College Drive and into downtown starting on Thursday.
As the construction project progresses, the City of Saskatoon is asking riders to anticipate some delays, according to a news release.

Beginning on May 7, Route 16 will temporarily end at the University of Saskatchewan. Alternate routes with service to downtown include Routes 4, 6, 8, 19 and 40s.
Route 17 will have detours via 14th Street and Cumberland Avenue. For Routes 4, 43, 44, 45 and 46, service will continue downtown via Cumberland Avenue, 12th Street and Broadway Avenue.
A temporary shuttle service between Clarence Avenue and Place Riel via Cumberland and 12th Street will be in place for Route 517, running Monday to Saturday from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and on Sundays between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
The second stage of phase one will see transit routes return to regular routing along College Drive.
“Some stops will remain closed, but temporary stops will be added as needed,” the city said in its release.
