An investigation by Saskatchewan RCMP’s Homicide Investigation Unit has resulted in a man being charged in relation to the death of 36-year-old Tyson Mosquito.
Tyson Cummer, 21, from North Battleford is charged with one count of second-degree murder after Mosquito was found injured in an alley behind a home on 105 Street on April 28.

He was taken to hospital by paramedica, but later died.
A warrant has been issued for Cummer’s arrest. He is described as 5-foot-10 and weighs 200 lbs He has brown eyes and black, curly hair as well as a large scar on his right arm, RCMP said.
Do not approach Crummer, police said.
