Saskatchewan RCMP’s wanted list for April includes people wanted for assault with a weapon, forcible confinement, sexual exploitation of a young person, administering a noxious substance and human trafficking.
The list previously comprised 10 people but RCMP advised one person had been caught this week.

The RCMP said it publishes the list based on people with active warrants who were last known to be living in Saskatchewan, selected based on a review of their current criminal charges and the potential harm they present to communities in the province.
People on the list are chosen by a data-driven scoring system using the Crime Severity Index, a Statistics Canada measurement that looks at both the number and the relative severity of crimes.
Factors such as age, gender, race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, religion, sexuality or disability of an offender are not considered in the scoring process, RCMP said.
RCMP releases this list every month to encourage tips and information to support Saskatchewan RCMP investigations and to lead to the arrest of these people.
Police warned that people should not attempt to contact, approach or apprehend any of the people on the list. If you recognize anyone and have information regarding their whereabouts, activities or associations, call 310-RCMP (310-7257) or 911 in an emergency.

Austin Arndt-Hillier. (Saskatchewan RCMP)
1. Austin Arndt-Hillier
Age: 29
Description: 5-foot-11, 169 lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has scars on both left and right arms, and a tattoo on his left arm of a Chinese character. May be in Indian Head, Qu’Appelle, Regina, Cypress County, Alta.; Medicine Hat, Alta.
Offences: Assault causing bodily harm, three counts of assault with a weapon, assault while choking or suffocating, forcible confinement, two counts of uttering threats.

2. Summer Durocher
Age: 22
Description: 5-foot-1, 128 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo on her left forearm that says “Natalie” and three on her right forearm that say “RLB”, “ELD” and a picture of a rose. May be in Deschambault Lake.
Offences: Assault with a weapon, forcible confinement, robbery, possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes, failing to comply with an undertaking.

Age: 22
Description: 5-foot-2, 154 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. May be in Pelican Narrows or Flin Flon, Man.
Offences: Robbery with a firearm, forcible confinement, possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of a prohibited firearm.

Age: 30
Description: 5-foot-5, 106 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo on her right upper arm of various initials. May be in North Battleford, Moosomin First Nation or Saulteaux First Nation.
Offences: Possession of property obtained by crime, failing to attend court, aggravated assault, forcible confinement, uttering threats.

Age: 40
Description: 5-foot-8, 139 lbs with blond hair and green eyes. He has a tattoo on his left forearm that says “BIZY,” and one of a geometric pattern on his right forearm. May be in Ituna, Melville, Lipton, Muskowekwan First Nation, Lanigan or Meadow Lake.
Offences: Sexual assault, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, sexual exploitation of a young person, administering a noxious substance.

Description: 5-foot-10, 181 lbs with blond hair and blue eyes. May be in Saskatoon or Dundurn.
Offences: Unlawful confinement, sexual assault, assault with a weapon, two counts of uttering threats, possession of property under $5000, possess ID to commit fraud, sexual assault with a weapon, trafficking in persons, received financial benefit for trafficking in persons.

Description: 5-foot-9, 176 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his left forearm of a geometric design resembling cross and one reading “F U Dog.” He has a scar on his right thumb and in the middle of his forehead. May be in Unity, Scott, Morris, Man.; Morden, Man.; Plum Coulee, Man,; Miami, Man.
Offences: Invitation to sexual touching, luring a child, three counts of failing to appear.

Age: 28
Description: 6-foot, 328 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his right forearm of a skull and clown with a gun. May be in White Bear First Nations, North Battleford, or Little Pine First Nation.
Offences: Manslaughter, forcible confinement.

Description: 5-foot-10, 149 lbs with light brown hair and hazel eyes. May be in Cabri, Swift Current. Edmonton, Alta; Coaldale, Alta.; Stony Plain, Alta.; St. Albert, Alta.
Offences: Two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference, three counts of possession of a weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, three counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm, two counts of possession of prohibited firearm, weapons possession.
