Regina added three more to their total in the third period as Maddox Schultz and Kysen Rogoza scored their first of the game before Martin added his second of the contest.
Schultz, who was named the tournament MVP last season before being selected by the Pats first overall in the bantam draft, was tied for the Telus Cup lead with eight points after the contest. His teammate, Ethan Young, also has nine points in the tournament.
In the game, goaltender Adam Muntain saved all of the 36 shots he faced.
Regina returned to the tournament after beating the Moose Jaw Winmar Warriors in the Telus Cup West Regionals, which took place in Regina.
