A man convicted in 70 incidents of voyeurism, trespassing at night and indecent acts is set to be released from jail on Saturday.
According to the Saskatoon Police Service, Kyle Ronald Hameluck, 37, will be released from the provincial correctional centre in the city on Feb. 14, and he’s expected to live in Saskatoon under court-imposed conditions.

“However, in an abundance of caution and concern about Mr. Hameluck’s potential to reoffend, the SPS is releasing his name and photo,” the police force said in a statement.
Hameluck was described as 5’10”, weighing 155 pounds, with balding brown hair and green eyes. “He has several tattoos of mushrooms and one of railroad tracks,” police noted.
He will be required to remain inside an approved residence from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., police said, and must not possess any non-prescribed drugs. The conditions also require him to make no attempt to contact any past victims, even indirectly, and he cannot possess a cell phone or any digital devices that can record images or videos.
“If any person is aware of any violations relating to the actions of Mr. Hameluck do not approach and instead notify the Saskatoon Police Service immediately,” the police force said.
“If you consider the event to be of an emergent nature, please call 911.”
