According to the Saskatoon Police Service, officers were called to an apartment on Pendygrasse Road, in the city’s Fairhaven neighbourhood, at around 2:30 a.m.

“Upon arrival, police learned a male had allegedly entered a second floor apartment via the balcony and threatened the female occupant with a firearm before fleeing with several items,” police said in a statement.
“Further investigation located an imitation firearm and one round of ammunition outside of the apartment building.”
Police said the woman was not physically hurt during the break-in and asked anyone with information that could help further the investigation to get in touch with the Saskatoon Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
