One person was hospitalized after a cabin in the small hamlet of Barrier Ford exploded on Sunday.
According to the Saskatchewan RCMP, officers and firefighters were called to the community southeast of Tisdale shortly after noon.

Police said the cabin was severely damaged in the blast, and an adjacent cabin was also damaged.
“One adult was located and transported to hospital with serious injuries. Given the small community area, RCMP are not providing any other identifying information for the victim,” the RCMP said in a statement.
“No other victims were located.”
While the cause of the explosion has not been determined, the Mounties said the initial investigation indicates propane may have been a factor.
“The investigation continues,” the RCMP said.
