Relief for Richmound and the village residents.

Chief among them is the order to remain at least 50 kilometres away from Richmound.
“That’s the best thing I’ve ever heard in my life,” said Miller. “If you walk around each town in the area, the people probably have pretty big smiles on their faces. Hopefully, she moves right out of Saskatchewan, or even Canada.”
Miller and other residents who were harassed by Didulo and her Kingdom of Canada followers can also rest easy knowing she is under a no-contact order for himself and their other targets.
“That’s great, but there is one person (a follower of Didulo’s) who is off kilter,” warned Miller. I hope they watch him very carefully.”
The Mayor is also celebrating the fact that all of the people who have been staying at the former Richmound School have been ordered to cease their residence at the facility, following a public health order declaring it unfit for habitation due to unsanitary conditions.
It was Miller himself who initially reported that the sewer had been shut off at the school, but that they had continued to use it and dump the overflow into the street.
“It turned out to be a long process, but it went from the sewer being plugged because they didn’t pay their utilities,” said Miller. “We even sent them the required mail to notify them, following our lawyers’ advice. Still, they wouldn’t pay.”
For now, the plan is to wait and see what options are open for the former school. If the taxes have not been paid, there is a possibility the building may come back into the Village’s possession. In that event, Miller would like to demolish the structure due to its state of decay.
“I hate to say it because so many people went to school there, and it’s going to hurt them to see it go,” said Miller. “But nobody can really enter it now because it’s so destroyed.”
Currently, Miller and his wife are on vacation. Any plans he is involved in will have to wait until he returns to Richmound.
