An 84-year-old woman from Prince Albert was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Duck Lake on Friday.
According to a statement issued on Tuesday by the Saskatchewan RCMP, officers were notified of the crash at the intersection of Highway 11 and Highway 212 shortly after 2:30 p.m.

“The driver of one of the vehicles was transported to the hospital where she later died,” the Mounties said in a statement.
“She has been identified as an 84-year-old female from Prince Albert. Her family has been notified.”
No other injuries were reported to police, the RCMP noted, and the crash remains under police investigation.
