A man was found dead in the South Saskatchewan River over the weekend, according to the Saskatoon Police Service (SPS).
He was found south of the University Bridge along the east bank just before 10 a.m. on Sunday.
An autopsy was done, and while police don’t believe foul play is a factor, investigators have been unable to identify the man.

He is described as having a dark complexion, between the ages of 20 and 25, 5’9″ in height and 142 lbs. He has short, curly black hair and brown eyes.
He has no visible scars, marks or tattoos.
