After some technical difficulties on Tuesday morning, the Saskatchewan RCMP’s phone lines are back up and running.
In a statement issued Tuesday morning, the RCMP said detachments in Saskatchewan are “currently experiencing issues with their detachment telephone services,” though 911 service was not impacted.

“When an external person calls an RCMP Detachment phone number, they may hear a busy signal,” the RCMP said. “In an emergency, call 911.”
According to an RCMP spokesperson, the phone lines were working again just before 11:30 a.m.
