Saskatoon police officers had their vehicle stolen in Pleasant Hill on Sunday.
Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) said in a news release on Tuesday that the officers were on patrol around 1:30 a.m. on April 27 on 22nd Street near Avenue P when a man stepped in front of their vehicle.

SPS said the man, who was intoxicated, was carrying open liquor and ran away when the officers approached him.
They chased the man and took him into custody but then found their vehicle had been stolen during the chase.
Police said the patrol vehicle was found abandoned using its GPS about 15 minutes later in a back alley in the 1600 block of 29th Street West in Westmount.
The incident remains under investigation.
Stabbings in Riversdale and Confederation Park
Members of the SPS Serious Assault Unit are investigating a stabbing in a city park on Tuesday morning.
Police said in a news release on April 29 that officers were told about an an injured man in Victoria Park in the 600 block of Spadina Crescent West around 7:45 a.m.
When they arrived, police said they found a 44-year-old man with stab wounds. He was then taken to hospital in serious condition.

Also on Tuesday, an 18-year-old woman was charged with aggravated assault and assault with a weapon after police said she stabbed an employee after attempting to steal items from a convenience store.
SPS said in an April 29 news release that they were called to the store in the 3700 block of Diefenbaker Drive at around 6:30 a.m. and found the woman, who had called police to report she had stabbed a man.
Police said the 45-year-old male store employee had prevented the woman from leaving without paying for her items and he was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. A knife was also seized, SPS said.
