A 30-year-old woman from Pasqua First Nation died on Jan. 2.
Her death is considered suspicious and the Sask. RCMP Major Crimes is investigating.
Southey RCMP responded to a call of an injured woman at a home on Pipapot First Nation at around 8:15 a.m. that day.
When officers arrived, the woman was dead. Her family has been notified.

RCMP say there will be an increased police presence on Piapot First Nation, just north east of Regina, for an undetermined amount of time.
