A fatal collision happened on the morning of Dec. 3 near Yellow Creek on Highway #41.
Melfort RCMP reported a two-vehicle collision, both were SUVs just after 7 a.m.
EMS declared both drivers deceased on the scene.
In the news release, RCMP said the families of the deceased 28-year-old man from Birch Hills and 78-year-old man from Melfort have been notified.
Both were the only occupants of their vehicles.

Later on Tuesday, around 7:30 p.m. Weyburn RCMP responded to another collision roughly five kilometres east of Hume on Highway #13.
Officers said a truck and semi collided but no one died. The passenger of the semi had non-life threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.
No injuries from the drivers were reported to police.
