The Saskatoon Police Service witnessed a westbound Jeep Wrangler hit a pedestrian at the crosswalk of 22nd Street West and Avenue P South on Saturday.
The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to police, the incident happened around 5:30 p.m.
In a news release officers said, “The driver stopped momentarily and got out before re-entering the vehicle and driving away.”
