Three women have been charged after 28-year-old Andy McKenzie from La Ronge area died in what RCMP are calling a homicide on Friday.
Saskatchewan RCMP said in a news release that the major crimes unit was investigating after La Ronge RCMP were called to a home on Otter Street in Air Ronge on Aug. 30. around 6:30 a.m.
The seriously injured man was taken to hospital and later declared dead. Police said his family had been notified. Three women were arrested but not charged on Friday.
On Saturday, RCMP said a 20-year-old woman the La Ronge area had been charged with second degree murder, and two women aged 33 and 26, both also from the La Ronge area, had been charged with manslaughter.
