A 36-year-old Saskatoon woman has been charged with impaired driving after a crash at the intersection of Rusholme Road and Avenue Q North.
Police said the crash happened shortly before noon on Thursday. According to police, a Chevy Equinox and Kia Soul collided at the intersection, leaving the two women who were driving with minor injuries.

“Officers determined the Equinox was travelling north on Avenue Q when it failed to stop at a stop sign at Rusholme Road,” the Saskatoon Police Service said in a statement. “It then struck the Soul, which was attempting to turn left onto Avenue Q.”
Police said the 36-year-old woman who was behind the wheel of the Chevy was impaired at the time, leading to the charge.
