A teenage boy has been arrested and charged after police found three vehicles on fire in northeast Saskatoon Thursday morning.
Police were called to the Evergreen neighbourhood around 1:30 a.m. about a vehicle on fire, and then got several other calls about a suspicious person running from the 100 block of Maningas Bend.
When officers got to the scene, police say they saw three vehicle on fire and the flames threatening to catch on a multi-unit home.

The Saskatoon Fire Department arrived and put out the fires, meanwhile police officers searched the area and found a teenage boy that matched the description of the person who’d been running from the scene – police say a butane torch was found on his person.
The teenager is being charged with intentional or reckless damage by fire to property.
