Three people were hospitalized with stab wounds on Tuesday morning after an alleged robbery turned violent.
Police said officers were called to 20th Street West and Avenue O South in the city’s Pleasant Hill neighbourhood just after 6 a.m.

“It was reported that a female approached a woman and man as they were walking in the area,” police said in a statement.
“A robbery was attempted and a physical assault ensued. All three suffered non life-threatening injuries.”
Police didn’t release the names or ages of the people involved, but said more details will be released when the information becomes available.
